Announcement of TOB to Nitori HD Shimachu to develop into a takeover battle with DCM October 29, 15:54

Nitori Holdings Co., Ltd., a major furniture and daily necessities company, announced that it will make a takeover bid for TOB = shares for Shimachu, which operates home improvement stores mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

For Shimachu, a major home improvement store, DCM Holdings, has already implemented a takeover bid with the aim of making it a wholly owned subsidiary.



The purchase price of Nitori is 5,500 yen per share, which is 1,300 yen higher than the amount indicated by DCM, and it is expected that Nitori and DCM will develop into a battle to acquire Shimachu in the future.
