The added value of consumer goods manufacturing in the first three quarters fell by 1.9% year-on-year, and the value of export delivery in the first eight months fell by 12.9% year-on-year.

  Huang Libin said that the overall stability of China's industrial communications industry is improving, and the main operating indicators are better than expected, providing strong support for the stable operation of the macro economy.

However, the industrial economy is still in the recovery period from the impact of the epidemic, and the smooth operation of the industrial communications industry still faces many risks and challenges.
