43% of respondents plan to reduce the number of employees in connection with the introduction of technologies, 41% intend to actively use contractors, 34% are thinking of increasing the number of employees due to the integration of technologies.

According to experts' forecasts, new places will appear in different segments of the care economy, in technology industries, in the field of content creation.

It is also expected that there will be demand for employees who can fill vacancies in the areas of the "green" economy, cloud computing, and engineering.
