China News Service, October 20. The National Bureau of Statistics website released on the 20th the changes in the sales prices of commercial residential buildings in 70 large and medium-sized cities in September.
Data show that in September, 55 of 70 large and medium-sized cities have seen a month-on-month increase in the sales price of newly built commercial housing.
Among them, from a month-on-month perspective, Xuzhou led the way with an increase of 1.4%, while Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen rose 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.6%, and 0.4% respectively.
