According to reports from relevant departments, 5 passengers with positive nucleic acid test on Ethiopian Airlines flight ET684 (Addis Ababa to Shanghai) on October 6; nucleic acid test positive on ET684 flight (Addis Ababa to Shanghai) on October 13 10 cases of passengers.
According to the provisions of Article 7, paragraph 3 of the "Notice of the Civil Aviation Administration on Adjusting International Passenger Flights" (Civil Aviation Fa [2020] No. 27), the airline has implemented flight fusing measures.
That is, starting from October 26, 2020, Ethiopian Airlines flight ET684 (Addis Ababa to Shanghai) will be suspended for 5 weeks.
The fused flight volume shall not be used for other routes.
Previously, the Civil Aviation Administration issued fusing instructions to Russian Airlines flight SU208, China Eastern Airlines flight MU5042, China Eastern Airlines flight MU212, Ethiopian Airlines flight ET684, Emirates Etihad Airlines flight EY862, Shanghai Juneyao Airlines flight HO1606, Sri Lankan Airlines UL866 and other flights.
