NTT DoCoMo announced that it has completed most of the compensation for the damage caused by illegal withdrawal of deposits and savings through the electronic payment service "DoCoMo Account".

Regarding the "docomo account" of the electronic payment service, it became clear that the deposits and savings were illegally withdrawn from the accounts of regional banks and Japan Post Bank that are linked nationwide, and as of 6:00 pm on the 14th, 127 cases were damaged, 2850. NTT DoCoMo has been promoting compensation for damage, but has announced that it has completed compensation for 122 cases, 27.97 million yen so far.



We will respond as soon as possible to compensate for the remaining damage.



On the other hand, of the 35 banks linked to Docomo accounts, 29 banks are still suspending remittances from their bank accounts to Docomo accounts.
