At the beginning of the business, as the "helm" Jiang Bin planned the company's strategic development. He led employees to innovate independently, develop flexible automation technology, meet customers' production needs for product upgrades, and break the technology monopoly of industry leaders.

In Jiang Bin's view, a large number of private manufacturing companies that have grown up in China basically have a common feature, that is, "focus" and continue to do their main business.

We have achieved multiple products from one microphone to one single product, so because we focus on the acoustics field, we have been professional and focused for 10 or 20 years before we have the current market position.

  [Explanation] After more than 20 years of continuous development, from high-tech products such as smart wearable devices and VR all-in-ones to audiophile-grade full sets of audio and wireless smart headsets, Goertek has become more and more popular with customers at home and abroad.

Speaking of overseas customers, Jiang Bin said that Goertek initially targeted foreign-funded companies in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta in China, but quickly realized that the United States, Japan and other countries have stable orders and high-order "large customers". "Is the real "goal".

Only by entering the "big pond" of the international market can we be a "big fish".

We all want to be its main supplier.   [Explanation] In order to master the core technology and meet the order needs of overseas customers, Goertek has successively established R&D centers in the United States, Denmark, South Korea, Japan and other countries. Currently, it has applied for more than 20,000 patents and has been awarded as a Chinese electronic component enterprise for 5 consecutive years First place in the top 100 R&D strength.

Jiang Bin believes that in the next 10 to 20 years, China's "new development pattern with domestic and international cycles as the main body and mutual promotion of domestic and international cycles" will be the main line of China's economic and corporate development.

I think that in the next five to ten years, many foreign products will still have some leading advantages. In the future 5G, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, IOT, this new stage of development, I think it can also drive us.

  [Explanation] Talking about Goertek's future development plans, Jiang Bin said that Goertek will use VR/AR, smart headsets and other smart hardware as the core, relying on microelectronics, sensors, and smart manufacturing to create a virtual reality and smart hardware ecosystem.

Goertek will also continue its efforts in independent innovation, product services, etc., to build core competitiveness in more sub-sectors around the world, and create maximum value for partners and society.
