Dnata allows passengers to order their favorite meal one hour before the flight

Dnata, which is one of the largest air services companies in the world, has launched an initiative in the Netherlands, in cooperation with iFLEAT, a leader in innovation and technology in the aviation industry, and the global food delivery company, Thuisbezorgd.nl. This partnership initiates a fundamental shift in the supply of food and beverages and retail sales on aircraft.


Passengers from Schiphol Airport can pre-order meals through the "Takeaway" app within up to one hour before boarding the plane.


Transavia Airlines, which is part of the "Air France-KLM Group", started providing this service at Schiphol Airport since last September, while it is currently working to circulate it soon in more of its other destinations.
