Nakheel Real Estate Development Company announced that it has achieved more than 1.2 billion dirhams in sales of ready-to-live villas since March of this year, due to the buyers ’appetite for real estate investment or the upgrade and expansion of their homes.

With more than 500 homes sold between March and September 2020, Nakheel has fully sold its luxury family villas in Al Furjan and is currently offering the sixth phase of its luxury villas in Nad Al Sheba after selling nearly 450 residential units.

Akil Kazim, Chief Commercial Officer at Nakheel, said that the past six months witnessed an increase in the sales of high-quality spacious family homes as investors bought their home for the first time or moved to a larger house, taking advantage of attractive offers and prices.

He explained that the changes in lifestyle due to the Corona virus led to an increase in the demand for large internal and external family living spaces, as buyers showed their interest in having their own garden in order to enjoy and spend great times with the family during the coming cold weather.

He pointed out that Nakheel has sold villas in "Al Furjan" completely and continues to record sales in "Nad Al Sheba" on a daily basis, and is preparing to increase sales in the coming weeks.

The "Nad Al Sheba Villas" project of the "Nakheel" company is located in one of the most desirable areas for housing in Dubai and is very popular among citizens and Gulf citizens due to family ties and their desire to own their own home in the same area to be close to their relatives.

The community of "Nad Al Sheba Villas", located along Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and steps away from the best international schools, provides easy access to Dubai International Airport and many other landmarks in the emirate.

The community includes a retail center "Pavilion" which is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2021.
