The State Administration of Taxation announced today (5th) that multiple departments have continued to severely crack down on fraudulent tax fraud and illegal crimes to ensure national tax security and create a fair and sound tax environment.

  According to reports, since August 2018, the State Administration of Taxation, the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Bank of China, and the General Administration of Customs have continued to keep a close eye on "fake enterprises" and "fake exports," and launched special operations to combat fraudulent tax fraud.

As of the end of August this year, a total of 275,000 enterprises suspected of fraudulent tax fraud, involving a tax amount of 252.4 billion yuan, recovered tax losses of 69.3 billion yuan, and cooperated with the public security organs in taking coercive measures against 18,407 criminal suspects, and 3376 suspects took the initiative Surrendered.

  In March this year, since the launch of the special action against "false declarations" fraudulently obtaining tax incentives for epidemic prevention and control, as of the end of August, 3,495 illegal enterprises have been filed for inspection, involving 13.7 billion yuan in illegal tax benefits; 2282 families have been transferred to public security organs, 1547 suspects of false invoices were arrested.

effectively guarantees the national taxation security, while relying on taxation big data to carry out differentiated management, continue to promote the "blacklist" system for tax violations, and strictly implement disciplinary measures to promote the continuous increase in the number of trustworthy taxpayers .

  From October 2014 to the end of August this year, the tax authorities announced a total of 36,000 “blacklist” cases.

The results of this year’s tax credit evaluation show that the number of A-level companies with the highest tax credit ratings rose to 1.72 million, an increase of 460,000 from last year.
