With the aim of strengthening the DX = digital transformation business, the purchase price will amount to 230 billion yen.

NEC will acquire all shares of the holding company under the umbrella of Avalok, a major Swiss financial software company, for approximately 236 billion yen.



Avalok provides asset management and other software to more than 150 financial institutions in 30 countries around the world, mainly in Europe.



NEC, which is developing a business that supports corporate DX = digital transformation, wants to strengthen the DX business for financial institutions by utilizing Avaloc's customer base in addition to technologies such as face recognition, which has strengths. I have an aim.
