El Corte Inglés has launched a flat rate for online purchases that will allow the customer-subscriber to have their purchase at home in less than 24 hours.
This rate "is the most competitive in the market," say sources from the company, which thus intends to compete with the e-commerce giant Amazon.
The department store group's rate is cheaper than that of the American giant: 19.90 euros
(compared to about 36 for Amazon).
It is for 12 months, with no order limit and includes all types of shipping, both for food and non-food products.
Customers
will be able to buy in 36 of the 50 provinces of the country and in 54 cities
for deliveries in less than a day.
In addition, subscribers to this rate will have discounts on their purchases and a series of advantages.
They can also buy in the physical store and request that the order be delivered to your home.
Purchases with this rate
can be made both through the group's website and through the specific application.
In the pandemic, after the growth that online shopping has experienced, the company "has worked to be able to provide the best service to its customers," these sources point out.
