Sino-Singapore Jingwei Client, September 29, US Eastern Time Monday, US stocks collectively closed up, the Dow rose more than 400 points.

Banking and technology stocks led the gains, Tesla rose more than 3%, and Intel rose nearly 3%.

  As of the close, the Dow rose 410.10 points, or 1.51%, to 27584.06 points; the Nasdaq rose 203.96 points, or 1.87%, to 11117.53 points; the S&P 500 index rose 53.14 points, or 1.61%, to 3,351.60 points.

  Large American technology stocks collectively rose. Apple rose 2.39%, Amazon rose 2.55%, Netflix rose 1.61%, Google rose 1.36%, Facebook rose 0.78%, and Microsoft rose 0.78%.

  US financial stocks rose collectively. JPMorgan Chase rose 2.91%, Goldman Sachs rose 2.18%, Citigroup rose 3.17%, Morgan Stanley rose 2.89%, Bank of America rose 2.6%, Wells Fargo rose 0.72%, Berkshire Hathaway rose 1.93%.

  US energy stocks rose collectively. Exxon Mobil rose 1.96%, Chevron rose 2.92%, ConocoPhillips rose 0.03%, Schlumberger rose 3.33%, and Occidental Petroleum rose 1.27%.

  American Airlines stocks rose collectively, Boeing rose 6.49%, American Airlines rose 3.82%, Delta Air Lines rose 5.24%, Southwest Airlines rose 3.1%, and United Airlines rose 5.09%.

  Popular Chinese concept stocks rose and fell mixed. Alibaba rose 1.81%, JD.com rose 1.92%, Baidu rose 1.82%; Anbo Education rose nearly 120%, Renren rose 8.99%, Dada Group rose 8.35%, Shell rose 7.85% , Weibo rose 7.44%, Sina rose 5.87%, Weilai Motor rose 2.67%, Pinduoduo rose 1.04%; Vipshop fell 6.36%, Qutoutiao fell 4.56%, and Litchi fell 4.08%.

  As for European stock markets, European stocks closed up collectively.

The London Stock Market "Financial Times" average price index of 100 stocks closed at 5,927.93 on the 28th, an increase of 85.26 points or 1.46% from the previous trading day.

The CAC40 index on the French Paris stock market closed at 4483.27 points on the 28th, an increase of 113.61 points or 2.40% from the previous trading day.

The DAX index of the Frankfurt stock market in Germany rose 401.67 points on the 28th, or 3.22%, to close at 12,870.87 points.

  In terms of international oil prices, the West Texas Intermediate (WTI) futures for November delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose 35 cents, or 0.9%, to close at $40.60 per barrel.

  In terms of international gold prices, the price of gold futures for December delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose 16 US dollars, or 0.9%, to close at 1882.30 US dollars per ounce.

  The U.S. dollar index fell on the 28th. As of late New York trading, the U.S. dollar index, which measures the U.S. dollar against the six major currencies, fell 0.39% to 94.2730.
