US stocks closed up collectively: the Nasdaq rose more than 2%!

Technology stocks rise

  Sino-Singapore Jingwei Client, September 26, Friday, Eastern Time, the three major US stock indexes rose collectively in late trading. The Dow rose more than 350 points, the Nasdaq rose 2.26%, and the S&P 500 index rose 1.6%.

Boeing rose nearly 7%, leading the Dow.

Technology stocks generally rose, Apple rose 3.75%, Tesla rose more than 5%, and Microsoft rose more than 2%.

  As of the close, the Dow rose 359.24 points to 27174.68 points, an increase of 1.34%; the Nasdaq rose 241.29 points to 10,913.56 points, an increase of 2.26%; the S&P 500 index rose 51.89 points to 3,298.48 points, an increase of 1.6%.

  On the disk, the five sectors that led the gains were: gaming rose 9.49%; solar energy rose 5.67%; leisure and entertainment rose 4.11%; automobile manufacturing rose 4.05%; renewable energy rose 4%.

The five sectors leading the decline were: oil and gas equipment and services fell by 2.57%; aluminum fell by 2.1%; silver fell by 1.03%; industrial metals and mining fell by 0.76%; tobacco fell by 0.75%.

  Large American technology stocks collectively rose, Apple rose 3.75%, Amazon rose 2.49%, Netflix rose 2.07%, Google rose 1.14%, Facebook rose 2.12%, and Microsoft rose 2.28%.

  Most US financial stocks closed up. JPMorgan Chase rose 0.9%, Goldman Sachs fell 0.08%, Citigroup fell 0.4%, Morgan Stanley rose 0.97%, Bank of America rose 0.64%, Wells Fargo rose 1.42%, and Berkshire Hathaway Rose 0.52%.

  American Airlines stocks rose collectively, with Boeing up 6.85%, American Airlines up 4.42%, Delta Air Lines up 2.65%, Southwest Airlines up 0.65% and United Airlines up 4.46%.

  Popular Chinese concept stocks were up and down. Alibaba rose 0.5%, JD.com rose 2.68%, Baidu rose 0.02%; Tianhua Sunshine rose 50.3%, Aihongsen rose 9.84%, Ctrip rose 8.65%, and Weilai Motor rose 2.52 %; Green Energy Bao fell 23.74%, Youdao fell 5.76%, Weibo fell 5.74%, and Pinduoduo fell 1.28%.

  In the European market, as of the close, the UK FTSE 100 index reported 5,842.67 points, an increase of 0.34%; the French CAC40 stock index reported 4,729.66 points, a decrease of 0.69%.

  In the oil market, WTI crude oil futures fell 0.73% to US$40.016 per barrel; Brent crude oil futures fell 0.37% to US$42.252 per barrel.

  In addition, the US dollar index rose 0.25% to 94.6000.

The euro/dollar fell 0.4% to 1.1624.

GBP/USD fell 0.03% to 1.2746.

The dollar/yen rose 0.2% to 105.6100.

US COMEX gold futures fell 0.65% to $1,864.630 per ounce.
