At 1:28 a.m. on September 24, the Fuxia High-speed Railway Xixi Bridge in Xiamen, Fujian Province successfully swivelled across the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Swivel Bridge. This is currently the longest span and heaviest continuous beam swivel project of its kind in China. .

In the implementation of this rotation, the busy Hangzhou-Shenzhen railway needs to be crossed underneath. On average, one train will pass by in 5 minutes. It is difficult and risky to construct directly above it.

In order not to affect the normal operation of the existing railway, the construction unit China Railway Fourth Bureau adopted the current domestic advanced cross-railway construction technology and the turning bridge technology, and adopted the construction method of "build first and turn later", that is, construct the open space on both sides of the Hangzhou-Shenzhen railway first. , After the bridge superstructure is completed, the swivel span will be carried out, which effectively reduces the construction risk.

At 23:35, with the command of the site commander, the rotating bridge of the Xixi Bridge in Xiamen, Fujian Province slowly rotated clockwise at a speed of 1 meter per minute. After 1 hour and 53 minutes of intensive construction, the Fuxia High Speed Rail Xixi Bridge The bridge crosses the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Swivel Bridge and successfully turns. This is the continuous beam turning project with the longest span and heaviest tonnage of the same type of high-speed railway turning bridge in China.

It is reported that the Fuxia High-speed Railway Xixi Bridge Crossing the Hangzhou-Shenzhen Railway Swivel Bridge adopts double-width synchronous rotating construction. The two rotating bridges rotate 24 degrees and 21.1 degrees clockwise, and the single rotating bridge is 168 meters long, equivalent to 54 floors. It is tall, weighs 19,000 tons, and double-spreads weighs 38,000 tons, which is equivalent to the weight of two light aircraft carriers. It is the continuous beam rotation project with the longest span and heaviest tonnage of the same type in my country.
