The publication of the new teleworking legislation corroborates what was already being done de facto by applying European legislation and the partial rules that already existed in Spain.

Little new under the legal firmament, because in the end, almost everything is subject to the traditional written agreement between teleworker and company. Interestingly, it carries the agreement of employers and unions.

Perhaps because both institutions have traditionally been very misplaced in the face of teleworking.
