Contact cases are sometimes a headache for the life of companies, especially for those who have returned to face-to-face work.

You have to manage these cases, isolate them, telework them and sometimes replace them.

Europe 1 has seen this within the Franco American Image company.

"When you are the boss of an SME with 25 employees, you act as HRD," laments Lionel Roques, director of Franco American Image, forced to juggle schedules.

"Every morning, I check my emails to find out who has had a contact and who is going to stay at home. We pilot on sight but in full fog so in fact, we can't see anything. Every day, we advise and we improvised."

About ten people re-defined out of 25 employees

About ten people, out of a total of 25 employees, had to be re-defined.

This state of affairs is not without consequences on the work, as Elisa, manager explains: "There is a lack of continuity in the relationship between the teams and in the construction."

Laurence, customer manager, was put back into teleworking last week, when her son felt symptoms of Covid-19.

"Life stops for a week and you have to get back into confinement mode", she sighs at the microphone of Europe 1. The back and forth between face-to-face and remote work are becoming recurrent.

Lionel Roques says he regrets the slowness of the Covid tests.

The results are difficult to arrive, which delays the return of employees to the office.
