In Pudong, different types of villages, relying on local resource endowments, have experimented with different development paths according to local conditions: Lianmin Village, Chuansha New Town, uses branded homestays as the entry point to drive the linkage of the tertiary industry to form a rural hematopoietic function; Zhangjiang Town Rural areas tap stock resources to build talent apartments and create rental housing that meets the different needs of science and innovation talents; Huinan Town builds a new agricultural business model and cooperates with major scientific research units and enterprises to jointly promote technological innovation, quality optimization and brand promotion.
Su Jinshan, director of the Agricultural and Rural Committee of Shanghai Pudong New Area, said that in the process of selling agricultural products, the right to speak was in the hands of sales companies.
With the continuous development of new retail and new models, market entities are also "seeking talents" for high-quality and stable agricultural products channels.
Therefore, in the process of rural revitalization, Pudong focused on creating an "industrial complex": by introducing leading market enterprises, the agricultural products produced by family farm cooperatives and ordinary farmers were converted into standardized commodities, thereby enhancing farmers' efficiency.
