Publicly, the main political forces have not reacted to the end

of the crisis proposed by Michel Aoun

.

More discreetly, contacts are continuing through the director of General Security Abbas Ibrahim.

A source from the Shiite Amal movement, which demands that the Ministry of Finance be attributed to him, contented himself, in response to President Aoun, to call for the total abolition of the denominational distribution which governs the Lebanese political system.

On the other hand, the remarks of the head of state on the fact that Lebanon is heading towards hell and that the coffers of the central bank are empty caused a real outcry on social networks.

The hashtag "

#Nousallonsenfer

" had been shared more than 22,000 times on Monday evening on Twitter.

Many Internet users have qualified President Michel Aoun as a bad omen and criticized him for only announcing misfortunes to the Lebanese.

Protesters gathered Monday evening on a road axis near downtown Beirut chanting slogans hostile to the President of the Republic and to demand his departure.
