Hyundai Motor's labor and management announced that they had come up with a provisional agreement, including a freeze of basic pay, at the 13th negotiations held yesterday (21st) through a video conference.
The provisional agreement contains a freeze of basic pay, 150% incentive pay, and 1.2 million won in encouragement to overcome the corona crisis.
This is the third time since the financial crisis in 1998 and the global financial crisis in 2009.
This year's negotiations also reached a provisional agreement without dispute for the second consecutive year following last year.
