<Anchor> If the

National Assembly concludes tomorrow (22nd), the government plans to pay the second disaster support fund even later this week.

Since there is not much time, it seems that you must apply early to receive it before the Chuseok holiday.

Reporter Park Jin-ho reports.

<Reporter> The

government announced the'New Hope Fund' for self-employed and small business owners on the 28th, special job-seeking support for unemployed youth on the 29th, and emergency employment security support for special employment and freelancers and child care support as soon as possible. I decided to pay later in the week.

The government is planning to send a text message to each grantee before and after the passage of the 4th supplementary budget.

Those who receive the text message can apply online without any proof.

It is expected that funds will be executed on the 28th to 29th, just before Chuseok, as it takes time to receive and collect the application.

The targets for payment before Chuseok are businesses who can confirm a decrease in sales with the government's administrative information and small business owners identified as specially damaged businesses.

Those who are eligible for a reduction in sales that cannot be verified electronically may be delayed due to the need to submit proof and review.

In the case of emergency living expenses, it is expected to be paid after November after confirming whether it is overlapped with other support.

In addition, in accordance with the government's measures to stabilize public welfare for Chuseok, paper onnuri vouchers will be sold at a 10% discount starting today, and the purchase limit per person will be increased from 500,000 won to 1 million won.

From the 29th, the day before the Chuseok holiday, masks are sold at convenience stores nationwide for up to 45% off for six days.

In addition, companies that gave Chuseok gifts to employees will benefit from VAT exemption next year.
