Dubai launches the first virtual edition of the International Property Show

The Dubai Land Department announced yesterday that the first virtual edition of the International Real Estate Exhibition will be launched from 11 to 20 November, to be the largest platform for buying and selling real estate in the Middle East for the local and international real estate market, in partnership with the initiative «Invest in Dubai Real Estate ».

In a statement, the department stated that the developers will offer their projects and services, to contribute to enhancing economic progress and sustainability in the emirate, which will provide more opportunities for investors and businessmen in the real estate sector.

Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director General of Dubai Land, said, “The virtual version of the event marks the beginning of a new chapter for the real estate sector, in a period in which the world is witnessing a qualitative shift towards flexibility and innovation, as this event will be an effective platform to stimulate the growth of the real estate sector locally and internationally.” .

Bin Mejren added in a statement, “Under the current circumstances, the International Real Estate Exhibition will promote the growth of the real estate market, by stimulating the sale and purchase operations, using a modern virtual platform that allows developers to display their projects in a safe way, and create commercial opportunities in the real estate market at the local level. And international, as well as focus on attracting dealers and investors, and reaching profitable business deals.

He pointed out that "virtual exhibitions and events represent a major factor in business continuity, and positively contribute to its growth."

Bin Mejren continued: “The virtual version of the International Real Estate Exhibition will also act as a main platform for enhancing communication opportunities by strengthening commercial and cooperative partnerships with investors and prominent personalities in the real estate sector,” noting that “the exhibition aims to support real estate companies by promoting their projects and giving them an advantage. In a very competitive market, and providing an opportunity to recover from the repercussions of the (Corona) epidemic.

In turn, the Executive Director of the Real Estate Investment Promotion and Management Sector in the «Dubai Land», Magda Ali Rashid, said that «the digital version of the International Real Estate Exhibition will also act as a very important gateway to increase the opportunities for communication as much as possible, because it will lead to more commercial and professional partnerships with First-class investors and personalities in the real estate industry ».

For his part, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Dawood Al-Shizawi, said, “The virtual version of the International Real Estate Exhibition is more than just an exhibition, because it provides virtual access to a large number of opportunities in the real estate market, and will act as a platform for making deals, increasing opportunities for communication, and providing an attractive environment. To encourage real estate investment locally and internationally.

The International Real Estate Exhibition hosts many events over a period of 10 days, the most important of which is the virtual exhibition that reviews the latest investment opportunities and the most important real estate offers, in addition to a training program that provides developmental training courses for participants to enhance knowledge and awareness about the current developments in the real estate market.
