Starting on the 21st, more than 4,000 couriers who had declared they would refuse to sort the parcels withdrew from the policy of refusing to work.

The'Courier Workers' Countermeasures Committee for Overworked Workers' explained that the decision was made in consideration of the government's efforts and public inconvenience, such as recruiting additional personnel.

The countermeasures committee announced that it will go to work two hours later from the 23rd in order to reduce working hours if additional personnel are added, as announced by the government and courier companies.
