[Explanation] At 4:30 am on September 17, after nearly 6 hours of intense construction by more than 470 construction workers, Anhui Lu'an Railway Station successfully completed the dismantling of the station signal control system and the level II blockade construction of the traffic dispatch system adjustment project .

This marks the completion and official opening of the Lu'an Station high-speed railway and the general-speed railway branch.

  Before the reconstruction of Lu'an Station, its station had both the normal speed field and the high-speed field. There was a high-speed field on the Wuhan High-speed Railway, and then the normal speed field was the Ningxi Line. Both lines shared a signal building. Dispatching command is in an overloaded operation state.

Through this transformation, not only can the high-speed railway and the normal-speed railway be controlled separately, but also the transportation capacity can be increased by 30% to 40%.

  [Explanation] It is understood that Lu'an Station, as the interchange station of Shanghai-Chengdu High-speed Railway, Ningxi Pu-speed Railway and other railways, has to handle 135 pairs of EMUs, 52 pairs of regular-speed passenger cars, and 75 pairs of freight trains every day. The train transportation organization is extremely busy. , And there is only one signal system to control two speed trains.

The separation and adjustment of the signal control and dispatching command system at Lu'an Station has a large scope of influence, and the coordination and cooperation units involved 18 stations and sections of Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai railway bureaus.

  The construction technology is very difficult. The most important thing is that in the limited time, about three hours at night, there are more than 6,800 wires to be removed and wiring. Moreover, the transformation of the high-speed railway and the ordinary railway are separated, and it is also in the whole country. This is the first time, so there is no previous experience to learn from this transformation.

Through this transformation, no matter our company, even for the entire road bureau, we have accumulated this kind of Gaopu split field transformation and explored this kind of experience.

  [Explanation] According to reports, since the start of construction in October 2019, the construction unit has formulated detailed safety measures based on the actual situation on the site to avoid the impact on transportation and production, and innovatively used the "auxiliary support ring + connecting copper pipe" The new technology, rational deployment of human and material resources, improved labor efficiency, successfully solved a series of problems such as tight construction schedule, high technical difficulty, wide coverage, and high safety risk, and promoted the construction nodes in an orderly manner to ensure the safety and control of the entire process.
