According to the union, more than 95% of the votes agreed to stop the sorting process.



The union said that seven courier workers were overworked this year alone, and the reason was the sorting work without pay.



The courier drivers have to go to the distribution center from early morning to sort out the quantity by dong, but they are not paid separately, and they have to work late at night to finish the delivery after the sorting process is finished.
