The merger of Bankia and CaixaBank will have a crucial appointment tomorrow.

Both entities will hold their respective boards of directors this Thursday to analyze the integration agreement reached during the negotiation held in recent weeks and, presumably, give it the go-ahead that will mean the official start of the operation.
