For unqualified foods found in random inspections, the State Administration of Market Supervision has instructed provincial market regulatory authorities such as Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hubei, etc. to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and take measures such as removing unqualified products from shelves to control Risks; violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with the law; the risk prevention and control measures taken by the enterprise and the verification and disposal situation shall be disclosed to the public in a timely manner and reported to the General Administration.
