According to TASS, fraudsters warn buyers that the electronic policy issued by them has limitations - it can be presented to the traffic police, vehicles registered with it, etc., but in the event of an accident, the payment will not be received.

“If a real insurance policy costs an average of about 5,300 rubles, then its price within the framework of a dubious scheme is about 1,500 rubles,” the message says.

The All-Russian Union of Insurers notes that such an OSAGO agreement will be considered falsified, and upon the occurrence of an insured event, payment under it will not be made.

Earlier it was reported that the Central Bank's directive came into force in Russia, which expands the OSAGO tariff corridor and allows insurers to select a more personalized tariff for drivers.
