Naftogaz told about payments to Russia for gas transit in 2020

As he noted in an interview with Yanina Sokolova, published on her YouTube channel, the amount of payments will be approximately $ 2 billion.

At the same time, he added that if the Nord Stream 2 project is implemented, then after the end of the contract between Russia and Ukraine "with a high degree of probability there will be no gas transit through the territory of Ukraine."

Earlier, the head of the Ukrainian GTS Operator, Serhiy Makogon, commented on the possibility of extending the contract for the transit of Russian gas after the expiration of a new five-year contract.
