Dubai Economy closes a restaurant and violates a bodybuilding gym

Yesterday, Dubai Economy closed a restaurant in the Al Safa Second area, due to its employees not wearing masks and not taking the necessary measures to combat the outbreak of the new Corona pandemic (Covid 19), which includes the need to observe physical distancing.

Dubai Economy also violated 9 commercial establishments, including a gymnasium for bodybuilding, in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, for not putting posters on physical spacing, and for not wearing masks.

The Dubai Economy said that it gave a warning to about 16 commercial establishments in the emirate, due to non-compliance with the precautionary measures and procedures followed in the emirate, including the placement of posters requiring physical distancing, which aim to limit the spread of the virus, while the number of establishments that meet the conditions and precautionary measures reached 762.

Dubai Economy carries out a series of supervisory rounds through field inspection teams of the Commercial Control and Consumer Protection Sector, which target a number of open markets and commercial centers in the emirate, to ensure that everyone adheres to precautionary measures, and to preserve the gains achieved by the Emirate of Dubai during the current stage, despite the great and global challenges.
