Yesterday, Dubai Economy closed a restaurant in the Al-Safa II area, due to its employees not wearing masks, and not taking the necessary measures to confront the outbreak of the Corona virus, which includes the need to observe physical distancing.

Nine commercial establishments, including a gymnasium for bodybuilding, in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, also violated, for not putting posters on physical spacing, and for not wearing masks.

Dubai Economy said that it gave alerts to 16 commercial establishments in the emirate, due to non-compliance with the precautionary measures and procedures followed in Dubai, noting that the number of establishments that meet the conditions and precautionary measures reached 762 establishments in the emirate.

She confirmed that it is carrying out monitoring tours, through field inspection teams of the Commercial Control and Consumer Protection Sector, which target a number of open markets and commercial centers in the emirate, to ensure that everyone adheres to the precautionary measures, and preserves the gains achieved by the Emirate of Dubai during the current stage.

Dubai Economy called on the various groups of society to cooperate and contribute to the continuity of the rotation of the wheel of the economy in the emirate in a safe and natural way.
