Regarding this, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Eto announced at a press conference after the Cabinet meeting that he would start registering participating restaurants from the 15th and will start giving points sequentially from the 1st of next month.



On top of that, Minister Eto said, "If you make a reservation, you can earn points day and night. I think that repeated use will provide sufficient support to the food service industry, which is exhausted."



The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries says that depending on the infection status of the new coronavirus, it is possible to delay or cancel the timing of awarding points for each prefecture.
