  In order to raise rental housing through multiple channels, the "Measures" stipulate that collective land construction of rental housing can receive financial subsidies, the standard is 45,000 yuan per set for complete housing, 30,000 yuan per room for non-complete housing, and 50,000 yuan per room for collective dormitories (use The area is more than 20 square meters, and the number of residents is 4 to 8).
