They explained that the prices depend on the category of the room or the hotel apartment, and the period of stay required, pointing to the use of various facilities, including cleaning and laundry services, fitness clubs, and swimming pools.

They indicated that some dealers prefer to live in hotels, in light of competitive prices, at a time when others do not want to be bound by annual leases, and there are companies that reserve hotel rooms for their employees for long periods.

He stressed that the group’s hotels achieve good occupancy rates, sometimes ranging between 70 and 80% in the Al Barsha area, near the Mall of the Emirates shopping center, and about 83% in Sharjah, indicating that the prices vary according to the category of rooms, the duration of reservation and services, and start from about 5,000 Dirhams per month.
