Dubai Airports relaunches smart gates in Terminals 3 and 2

Dubai International Airport announced the reopening of smart gates in Terminals Three and Two for travelers.

The Dubai Airports Corporation stated on its Twitter account that the return of the gates to work helps travelers to facilitate and simplify travel procedures, and at the same time the gates are a safe way for travelers in light of the current conditions that the world knows about due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

On March 8, the Dubai Airports Corporation suspended the operation of the smart gates managed by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai at Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International Airport for all departing passengers.
