Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 6.5 billion dirhams last week.

According to the weekly report on the actions issued by the department, yesterday, 717 pledges were recorded at a value of 1.51 billion dirhams, of which 136 pledges were made to lands valued at 761.91 million dirhams, and 581 pledges to apartments and villas at a value of 747.53 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded a value of 4.87 billion dirhams, while 52 donations were recorded. A donation of 162.46 million dirhams.

The most important land sales, with a value of 118 million dirhams, came in the Nad Al-Hamar region, followed by a pledge of 96 million dirhams in the Nad Hessa area, and then a sale of 24 million dirhams in the "Island 2" area.

“Nad Al Sheba Third” topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 31 pledges at a value of 78 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with nine sales at a value of 22 million dirhams, and a third in Al-Habibeh, the third, with nine sales at a value of 18 million dirhams.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were two in the Burj Khalifa area, the first with a value of 59 million dirhams, and the second at a value of 18 million dirhams, while a sale of 17 million dirhams was recorded in the Palm Jumeirah area.

"Al Yalayis 2" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 75 pledges at a value of 70 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay region with 49 sales of 49 million dirhams, and the third in the Dubai Marina region with 46 pledges at a value of 68 million dirhams.
