According to Huang Qifan, vice chairman of the China International Economic Exchange Center, the business environment generally has three aspects: one is the business environment formed by urban hardware, infrastructure, and public facilities; the other is the policy of opening, reform and development of the entire country; The third is the services provided by the government to various commissions, bureaus, and related agencies in each city.
With regard to optimizing the business environment, Zhang Wei, chief expert of the China Association for Trade in Services and former vice chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, suggested: Pay attention to third-party services in re-export trade, strengthen document processing, and weaken re-export trade; build manufacturing services Digital platform; to service the entire industry chain investment.
Huang Qifan suggested that all localities attach importance to infrastructure and other hardware conditions, make good use of various national development policies that keep pace with the times, and do a good job of serving local and foreign companies.
