Last week, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than AED 2.7 billion.

According to the weekly report on the actions issued by the department, yesterday, 423 pledges were recorded at a value of 821.81 million dirhams, including 103 sales of lands worth 389.69 million dirhams and 320 sales of apartments and villas worth 432.12 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded 1.68 billion dirhams, while 29 grants worth 225.06 were recorded. One million dirhams.

The most important land sales with a value of 19 million dirhams came in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a sale of 16 million dirhams in the Al Thanyah Fourth area, and then a 15 million dirham sale in the first Jumeirah area.

The third "Nad Al Sheba" came to the fore in the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 21 pledges at a value of 52 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region with nine sales of 22 million dirhams, and a third in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, with eight sales of 31 million dirhams.

The most important sales of apartments and villas were a pledge of 23 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally a pledge of 6 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area.

"Dubai Marina" topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, recording 39 pledges at a value of 64 million dirhams, followed by the Business Bay area with 24 sales of 28 million dirhams, and a third in Burj Khalifa, with 23 sales of 68 million dirhams.
