As Citroën celebrated its 100th anniversary last year, Peugeot - not just the manufacturer, but the company at large - is preparing to celebrate its 210th anniversary. A specific logo was created for the occasion: it notably includes the famous lion, placed on an arrow. To mark the occasion, the manufacturer will communicate a lot in the media and on social networks ( # 210YearsWithPeugeot) from September 1, through the 2.1.0.Go. campaign.
Peugeot will also organize a major referendum to elect the most emblematic model in the history of the brand. Merchandising (clothing, bags, etc.) dedicated to the event will be on sale and access to the “L'Aventure Peugeot” museum will cost only € 1.
Finally, on September 26, the anniversary of the brand's founding 210 years ago, Peugeot will hold a major press conference during which the restyled 3008 and 5008 will be unveiled. A new logo that will appear on all new cars of the brand is also expected to be featured there.
