The Tokyo foreign exchange market on the 19th and the yen exchange rate were slightly moving.
The yen exchange rate as of 5 pm was 10 yen compared to the 18th, and the yen's appreciation against the dollar was 105.42 yen to 43 yen.
For the euro, it was 34 sen compared to the 18th, and the weak yen against the euro was 1 euro = 125.83 sen to 87 sen.
The euro was 1 euro = 1.1936 to 38 dollars against the dollar.
A market official said, "The yen strengthened against the dollar temporarily due to fears of intensifying confrontation between the United States and China, but after that, there has been a move to buy back the dollar that has fallen in price. Many investors are paying close attention to the minutes of the meeting last month, which was announced by the Federal Reserve Board of the Federal Reserve in the United States."
