Auto Export Corporation Europe has confirmed it: the TRX version of the RAM 1500 will soon be available on the Old Continent. This is the virtually indestructible version of RAM, ready for any situation. The ground clearance has been increased by 5 cm and the suspension travel is more than 30 cm. The huge 35-inch wheels are capable of moving in dunes, rockery or even on stones. When you see the beast, you even wonder if it can't climb trees!
A muscular engine "Made in the USA"
To animate it, a large 6.2-liter Hemi V8, shared with the Dodge Challenger Hellcat (for connoisseurs of American muscle cars). With its… 702 horsepower (!), It allows the RAM 1500 TRX to go from 0 to 100 km / h in less than 5 seconds. Crazy for a machine that must weigh around 2.5 tons! If AEC decided to import it, "it is due to the increasing demand in Europe for high performance pick-ups". Although a little more compact and more reasonable on the engine side, the Ford Ranger Raptor is one of them.

Deliveries will begin in December 2020. European approvals are still in progress but the price should be around 100,000 €.
