government announced that it will lower the rent to cheonsei ratio, which is currently 4%, by 1.5 percentage points to 2.5%.

ratio is currently set to add 3.5% to the base rate. It means that we will amend the enforcement ordinance to add only 2%.

Based on the current rent to cheonsei conversion rate, if you place a house with a deposit of 500 million won and the rest as monthly rent, you will have to pay 1 million won each month.

If the rent to cheonsei ratio is reduced to 2.5%, the monthly rent will be reduced to 625,000 won.

Since there is a possibility of receiving another tenant after requesting that the landlord himself vacate the house, we also decided to provide a protective device that allows the previous tenant to view the status of the transfer-in report of the previous tenant.

As disputes are likely to increase at the beginning of the lease protection law enforcement, the Dispute Mediation Committee, which currently has six, decided to increase six more within this year.
