The data of the Federal Customs Authority showed that the value of customs duties, which were transferred by the UAE to the Gulf countries, for goods and goods that entered those countries through the state's customs ports (first entry points) amounted to the equivalent of 415.8 million dirhams, representing 89.7% of the total The sums transferred, during the first half of the year, through the implementation of 66.7 thousand transactions.

According to these data, the value of customs duties transferred from the countries of the Cooperation Council to the local customs departments in the country amounted to 47.5 million dirhams, as customs duties for goods and goods that entered the country through the Gulf ports, through the implementation of 11.2 thousand transactions, representing 10.3% of the total amounts Transferred, during the first half of 2020.

According to the Authority’s data, Saudi Arabia acquired a stake of 216.4 million dirhams, equivalent to 46.7%, followed by Oman with a share of 112.5 million dirhams, equivalent to 24.3%, while Kuwait came third with a share of 44.7 million dirhams, representing 9.7%, and Bahrain's share reached 40 million dirhams. 8.6%.
