government's diagnosis is that gap investments through cheonsei and home purchases by corporations are declining significantly as a measure of real estate measures for the June 17th and July 10th.

In particular, it is expected to have the effect of applying a high tax rate and abolishing tax benefits for corporations with multiple houses.

In addition, due to the abolition of the short-term rental housing system, a significant amount of rental housing is expected to be sold .

Seoul area, 41,000 houses will first appear in the southeastern area of ​​Gangnam 3 districts, including Godeok Gangil District, Guryong Village, and the Seoul Medical Center site.


In the northwestern region, 26,000 units are built at the Yongsan maintenance window and the US military base camp kim.

Taereung Golf Course is the largest in the northeastern region, and there are 25,000 units in total, and transportation infrastructure is also planned to be expanded by expanding the road around the golf course and shortening the time interval of the Gyeongchun Line.


In the southwestern region, 19,000 units are supplied to the Seonam Water Regeneration Center, Magok District, and Gangseo Military Sites.


This year, 13,000 units will be sold in the Gangil District of Godeok and the Suseo Station area, and 10,000 units will be sold in the Gongneung Apartment and the former Seongdong Detention Center site next year.

In terms of the entire metropolitan area, we plan to supply 1.76 million households sequentially, starting with 179,000 units this year, 396,000 units until the next year, and 653,000 units after 2023.

The government is now emphasizing the message that house prices will stabilize downward, so so-called'panic buying', and that there is no need to chase after buying because it is unstable.
