  According to calculations, the China Express Development Index in July 2020 was 284.6, a year-on-year increase of 37.4%, maintaining a relatively high growth trend. In terms of sub-indices, the express delivery effective complaint rate is expected to be 0.2 parts per million, an improvement of 50%; consumer satisfaction with express delivery services is 78.6 points, a year-on-year increase of 0.5 points; the 72-hour punctuality rate is 77.3%, a year-on-year increase of 0.3 %. Since July, there have been continuous heavy rains in many parts of my country, and severe floods have occurred in many areas such as the Yangtze River and the Huaihe River. The national flood control and disaster relief work has entered the most critical stage and the most critical juncture, and the delivery channels have been blocked in many places. In terms of sub-indices, it is estimated that the online retail sales of express delivery services will exceed 850 billion yuan, an increase of more than 240 billion yuan year-on-year. In the second half of the year, the express delivery market will usher in a peak business season, and the growth rate will gradually accelerate.
