According to the "Survey", nearly 90% of the interviewees said in the interview that they usually pay attention to personal credit information, but only 10.73% of the respondents said they know personal credit information very well.

  The "Survey" pointed out that in the actual survey, nearly 20% of the respondents did not know the issuing institution of the personal credit report (Central Bank Credit Center), and half of the respondents did not know the number of free inquiries on personal credit reports (2 times). Only 31.86% of the respondents understand the display time of personal overdue records (5 years).

  Specifically, people with low age and low education know less about personal credit reporting.   The "Survey" pointed out that the degree of concern and understanding of personal credit reporting varies greatly among people with different educational backgrounds.   Some people have never inquired about their personal credit report, but some people have passively inquired about their personal credit report without knowing or being induced. "Survey" shows that more than 30% of the respondents said they have had this experience. The "Investigation" reminds that if a personal credit report is inquired by different agencies for loan, credit card approval and other reasons for a period of time, but the record in the personal credit report shows that no new loan or credit card has been applied for during this period, It may indicate that the information subject has applied for loans or credit cards from many banks but failed. Over 30% of respondents fully support the inclusion of water, electricity and other expenses in the credit investigation

  The "Survey" shows that respondents have different attitudes towards information that may cause controversy in public opinion.   In addition, 38.8% of the respondents indicated that they fully support the inclusion of individuals on the credit blacklist in violation of the anti-epidemic policy; 48.26% of the respondents indicated conditional support; only 5.68% of the respondents clearly expressed their opposition.

  The "Survey" pointed out that from the perspective of age, the lower the age, the lower the willingness to fully support a rich personal credit report. The lowest percentage of full support after 00 is 40.74%, and the highest after 70 is 61.76%.

  From the perspective of educational background, the higher the educational background, the higher the recognition rate of the rich personal credit report. Among the respondents with a junior high school degree or less, the lowest percentage fully supported was 42.86%; among those with a master degree or above, the highest percentage was 68.75%.

  From the perspective of place of residence, in terms of further enriching the content of personal credit reports, respondents in urban areas are more willing to fully support it than in rural areas.

Post-80s and post-90s are the main force of Internet "credit score"

  In addition to the central bank's credit information system, various Internet "credit scores" that have emerged in recent years have also received increasing attention. Survey data shows that more than 85% of respondents are concerned about Internet "credit scores", slightly lower than those who are concerned about personal credit. However, like personal credit investigation, most respondents said that although they are concerned about "credit scores", they have limited or little understanding. Only 7.89% of respondents said they know "credit scores" very well.

  From the perspective of age, the post-80s and post-90s are the main force of Internet "credit scores", and the proportion of use in various scenarios is mostly higher than that of other groups.

  However, the high degree of attention and wide application does not mean that the public is completely relieved of the Internet "credit score". The "Survey" found that as many as 80.13% of the respondents said they were concerned about the integrity of the information security measures for the "credit score"; 68.14% of the respondents were concerned about whether the credit rating of the "credit score" was rigorous; and 53.31% were affected. The interviewer expressed concern about the scope of personal data collection for "credit scores".

  In terms of specific use effects, there is still a gap in the performance of Internet "credit scores" compared to the central bank's personal credit report. According to the survey data, 19.24% of the respondents said that the "credit score" is detailed, which is far lower than the personal credit report of the central bank; up to 57.41% of the respondents said that the content of the "credit score" is insufficient and the accuracy needs to be improve.
