“Serious” in substance but shifted in form: the Ugict-CGT, the CGT of executives, launched an online quiz on teleworking, embellished with humorous gifs featuring Donald Trump, Barack Obama and Beyoncé. A questionnaire intended for the general public which aims to "assess the quality of (tele) work conditions in relation to existing rules and to what could be done".

"You will quickly understand it, it has no scientific or legal value ... We're having a little fun because it's summer ... But it's still a little serious, basically", warns the union of frames.

Frequency of teleworking, disconnection, contacts with colleges, gender parity ... The main topics related to teleworking are reviewed in this quiz of twenty questions, which uses funny gifs, among others with Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Jim Carrey, Thierry Lhermitte, Barack Obama, Donald Trump, Vladimir Poutine and Beyoncé.

Demands on teleworking

The Ugict-CGT is in favor of teleworking, provided in particular that it is not imposed by the employer, that the expenses of the employees are "really" supported (computer equipment, licenses, electricity, ink cartridges, Internet subscription, etc.), whether there is a count of working hours or a “clear” definition of the time slots on which the employee must be reachable.

During the lockdown, five million workers found themselves working from home overnight. With deconfinement, telework "is no longer the norm, but remains a preferred solution as part of a gradual return to a face-to-face activity, including alternate", according to the deconfinement protocol published at the end of June.
