The Guizhou Conference announced 261 infrastructure projects (road network, water network, power grid, underground pipe network, oil and gas network, Internet) projects of "Six Nets Battle", with a total investment of 547.798 billion yuan (RMB, the same below) and a financing demand of 329.053 billion yuan .
In 2020, Guizhou will continue to vigorously implement the "Six Nets Battle" in infrastructure, and further strengthen the construction of strategic and network-based infrastructure. Guizhou plans to complete the investment of 220 billion yuan in infrastructure in the "Six Nets War" in 2020, and 117.66 billion yuan will be completed from January to July, accounting for 53.5% of the target task.
At the meeting, Guizhou also announced 73 more mature new infrastructure projects, with a total investment of 25.653 billion yuan and a financing demand of 16.925 billion yuan. At the scene, 25 financial institutions in Guizhou and 89 infrastructure "Six Nets" and 47 new infrastructure companies had face-to-face talks.
In 2020, Guizhou Province’s summer government-finance-enterprise financing matchmaking week will focus on the financial assistance of the “six stability” and “six guarantees”. The three levels of province, city and county will be carried out simultaneously, aiming to build a comprehensive, multi-level and normalized financing match. The platform builds the government, financial institutions, and corporate iron triangles in the process of corporate financing, and guides financial institutions to further serve the epidemic and poverty of Guizhou Province and high-quality economic and social development, and promote the effective connection of financial factors and capital needs.
