In addition to the development of common lands such as the Taereung Golf Course, plans to increase the floor area ratio of the 3rd new towns such as Namyangju Wangsuk and some reconstruction complexes are discussed.

In particular, it is known that Seoul is considering a proposal to increase the floor area reconstruction rate from 400% to 500% by 100%P on the premise that some excess profits such as donations are paid.

Along with this, the tax-related bill that raises the maximum tax rate for the real estate tax for multi-homeowners and the monthly and monthly tax returns is also passed at the plenary session today, passing the National Assembly Law and Judicial Committee yesterday.
