About 10,000 households are supplied using the site of Taereung Golf Course in Nowon-gu, Seoul, and about 8,000 houses are provided using the Yongsan Camp Kim, Seoul Provincial Public Procurement Service in Seocho, the National Diplomatic Academy's Idle Site, and Mapo's Western License Examination Center.

It also utilizes the entire government building in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi Province.

In particular, it is planned to supply new homes built to the Gwacheon Government Complex, the Seoul Regional Labor Office, and the Yufu site of the National Diplomatic Service to the young and newlyweds as much as possible.

Also, 94,000 houses will be added to supply houses through an increase in floor area ratio.

First of all, we decided to increase the floor area ratio of the newly planned 3rd new city and supply 24,000 additional units, and introduce public participation type high-density reconstruction with public participation such as LH and SH.

In the case of reconstruction involving public institutions such as LH and SH, the floor area ratio is reduced by up to 500% and the number of floors is allowed up to 50 floors.

Up to 70% of the increase in floor area ratio is collected through donation payment, and the housing that has been donated is used as a long-term public lease, newlyweds and young people as a public sale.

In order to alleviate the uneasiness of housing for real customers, we have decided to increase the pre-subscription amount in the 3rd new town, etc., from 9,000 to 60,000.
